The first stories from this year’s GO Day (June 7th) are beginning to come in—and we couldn’t be more excited

”My neighbor moved in about five or six years ago. Over the years, I’ve tried inviting her to dinner, church, and VBS, but she remained distant. In May, I began praying for her and asked Jesus on June 7th, “What should I do?” I felt led to pick flowers from my garden and bring them to her. When I did, she teared up and said, “Today is Kevin’s birthday. It’s been a hard week.” (Kevin was her late husband.) She opened up about recent struggles and even let me pray for her. I’m hopeful this is the beginning of something more. God is good!”

“My church went out to share the Gospel, and I initially chose a street where I thought there wouldn’t be many people. However, I felt led to take a different route. As I crossed the street, I saw one of the young women from our church praying with two drunk men. At that moment, I sensed the Holy Spirit say to me, “Look at those five children waiting for the Gospel.” I approached their mother, who was with the five kids, and began talking with them. I shared the Gospel, and by God’s grace, the mother and all five children accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and God.”
